Norovirus hurts cruise experience

Sail Date: February 13, 2015

Reviewed: 2 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

Because of virus, no one could serve themselves in the Oceanview café. This made for long lines and short tempers. You couldn't even get your own glass of ice water or coffee. The Luminae restaurant for Suite guests wasn't ready, so all those tables were put throughout rest of dining room making all tables close together, elbow to elbow so to speak..not a good experience. Ship should have dry docked for a week to complete the Luminae. Because of this, service and food was only mediocre. Specialty restaurants food was good but I thought overpriced for what you got. Drinks and wine overpriced. Cheap cruising is gone!!
