This was our second cruise and first on Celebrity. The cruise ship and stateroom (balcony) met our expectations. Ship was always on time at ports of call, the entertainment top notch and service on board as expected for the price and gratuities ( pre-charged).

Cruise ship should provide luggage tags at check-in and during disembarkation. In Rome, the port is about 85 minutes away from city and cruise liner should provide some lower cost alternatives to reach city center after disembarkation. The transfers during disembarkation from cruise were a rip-off.

Customer service from was patchy - I had a tough time getting on board credits that were assured during booking.

Overall we had a good time.

Make own arrangements for transfers from port at Rome to city center or airport.
