Perhaps the best ship we have been on to date (of 16): clean, nicely decorated, easy to get around, many special events and locations.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Compared to our expectations and cruise history, the overall dining experience was acceptable but not in line with Celebrity's marketing. Some meals were very good, others were actually not good at all. Service was good but not great with several reasonable special requests denied. It seems you have to upgrade to their speciality resturants to get the quality you expect these days.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Onboard lectures were great. Shows were good but not great. Overall entertainment was weak relative to other lines/ships with a lack of diversity of bands which were not playing much or long or all that well.

Children's Programs

1 out of 5
Poor programming, lack of overall process control, many programs just sending 10 year olds out around the ship for scavenger hunts without direct supervision (easy for the councelors). Friendly staff but a really poorly controlled environment at all age levels. NOT recommended for families looking for their kids to have a special experience.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
We found service to be variable but good overall. Some bar waits were lengthy and we had several unpleasant interactions with staff, but most were good and a few staff were truly great. Kids club was poorly run and supervision was actually distressingly bad.

Ship Quality

Cabin / Stateroom

Pros: Awesome ship

Cons: kids program
