Dust in my stateroom was thick. Food in the Dining Room was absurdly exotic and no piece of meat was ever cooked properly; despite repeated sendbacks. They forgot to deliver my tuxedo. Ordered frresh orange juice at breakfast in the dining room and it never came.

I have been on this ship before and it was like stepping into the Twighlight Zone. People tried hard, but nothing seemed to properly function -- service, food or room cleaning.
