A great first cruise

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

Staff was friendly, food was very good and they had good entertainment. They tried to have something for everyone. We enjoyed the lectures on the Maya very much.

Pros: Everyone on the ship was very friendly and nice, but I liked the excursions the most.

Cons: Would have preferred to have all costs covered up front. We don't drink enough for the beverage package, but it still adds up with what we did have.

Service and Staff
Cabin / Stateroom
The people before us had a child so we kept finding cheerio's popping up, in addition to a child's book. I realize they didn't have much time between passengers to clean, but that did bother us a bit.
Food and Dining
The specialty restaurant, in particular the Tuscan, were outstanding. The regular dining and buffet where very good too.
