Great Cruise

Sail Date: October 20, 2011

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

The Equinox really exceeded all our expectations. While it is a huge ship, it didn't seem that way at all. The service was first rate and personal. The staff went out of their way to take care of us.

Pros: The ship, the staff, the stateroom, the food

Cons: The entertainment

Recommends Celebrity Equinox? Yes!

Service and Staff
Our stateroom attendant Anne Marie went out of her way in all respects. As just one example, the soles on my walking shoes started to separate and she took them to the upholstery shop to be glued.
Cabin / Stateroom
The stateroom and veranda were perfect
Food and Dining
While the food in the main dining room was great, we would have like a low calorie option with calorie count at each dinner
Ship Quality
The entertainment was ok but nothing special. Movie night could be enhanced.
Naples, Italy
Do the tour of Sorrento and Pompei
