We had a horrible excursion in Nassau and it was entirely due to the description of it in the app. We returned early and promptly went to the excursion desk and explained the situation. Our money was refunded the next day.

Not sure why they call it guest relations had a few problems and when I went there they can’t do anything to fix them they call to have others fix. Took me 4 days to get a charge taken off my account and last day they wanted to make up for mistakes photo gallery made.

Our cabin keys mysteriously got demagnetized every two days, requiring a trip to Guest Relations for a new card. No explanation was ever offered. If you do get a new card, MAKE SURE the new card shows all the same access that was printed on your old card! We did not use the Excursions desk this trip because we had booked prior to departure.
