Our cruise couldn’t have been more wonderful. The staff and crew anticipated and exceeded all of our needs while we were on board. And the people you lined up for the excursions were nice and easy to understand and gave us a great tour of their country, city, tourist destinations.

We mainly had our meals in Lumanie the staff there Wes fantastic! They knew us by name and accommodated my wife’s food allergies anticipating preparation of tomorrow’s meals so she had a chance to enjoy everything on the menu. They remembered my favorite cocktail and Ganesh me a complete tour of several different wines they offer from around the world. The wine guy was great! Everyone was friendly. When we wanted a quick bite the Retreat offered great choices and midday snacks and refreshments. Even the Ocenview had a quiet dining room without music or loud chatter that was wonderful!
Onboard Activities

The Spa was where we spent most of our time. They were all great! Very polish and professional. A very relaxing environment. We bought the thermal suite package in the spay and really enjoyed the whole place but the heated Mosaic recliners were my favorite!
Entertainment

All the entertainment was great! Nora and the band were on top of their game with each of the shows in the theater. We loved, Craig as almostEltonJohn.com, December 63, and the Comedian, AJ, was hilarious with clean comedy. The musicals kaleidoscope and colors of life or both very enjoyable especially with the acrobatics involved. Their music was excellent as well. I’m so glad we enjoyed a different show every night.

We didn’t have any children on board however the activities you had lined up for the children must’ve been good because we saw so few of them running around the ship!
Service and Staff

I believe I’ve mentioned everyone in the other sections of the survey but everyone was over the top wonderful.
It was obvious right from the start that the crew was well trained and every individual we encountered was so polite and focused on serving our needs while we were there on their ship. They immediately began making us feel like this was our home away from home. Even greeting us with a “welcome home” when we boarded the ship the first time and every time. We started taking notes on the names of the individuals that we encountered and wanted to recognize. So here goes our best attempt at saying thank you to all of them:
In the spa we had Danielle,Carmelita, Paddy and Diana as well as the massage therapist from Thailand . All great service from them.
Also Mariana, The wonderful acupuncturist from Portugal, and her dermatologist associate provided great information and services that we took advantage of.
Then in Luminea the greeter Estefany along with the servers Ali, Ari, Laurindo and Marco couldn’t have anticipated our needs better and served us each and every meal we had with them perfectly.
In the Retreat Janet and Amber and Joau from Portugal really helped us with their concierge services. Each of the waitresses that worked in there were excellent too but I don’t have their names but they were nice to attend to our table and refill our glasses when needed.
In our suite, Gordon was a great attendant giving us a rundown of what was happening each day, bringing us coffee and croissants every morning keeping us informed and bringing us anything we asked for when we needed it and then there was Sebastian who kept the room immaculate the whole time. Our bed would be made up after we got back from breakfast it would be attended to in the middle of the day if we made any mess. all the pillows were in perfect place all the time he was just really great and he kept the bathroom so nice with fresh towels and wipe down countertops all very good.
Luigi the cruise Director was full of energy enthusiasm and information. We loved his introductions and his nightly round ups of the days activities and tomorrow’s activities that were lined up. The two times we got to hear the captain speak in the theater with Luigi was fun and entertaining as well. I like the rapport they have with each other and the good-natured kidding about Luigi’s pants and shoes.
The performers in the main theater: Craig as Almost Elton John, kaleidoscope, AJ Jamal, and December ‘63 along with the two shows kaleidoscope and the color of life were a great way for us to end every evening on a happy upbeat note. We even went one night on the pool deck and danced for an hour which is something we just never do anymore, that’s something we thoroughly enjoyed. The energy and the vibe was great. The onboard staff that y’all had dress in all white uniforms gave such a great energy involving all the passengers in the various Dancing. And the DJ that night was great!
I participated in the putting tournament which sadly I did not get the hosts name that lead that event but he and his assistant, Austin, Made that such a fun event.
On the inside access tour Gaga Stakic and all the area spokespersons did a wonderful job informing us how the ship ran.
I’m sure there are others that I left out by name but every single person on your staff was fantastic!
Ship Quality

All the areas of the ship were extremely clean and well-maintained. The staff that was assigned to keeping it that way were all very pleasant each one of them made good eye contact and said hello or have a good day or thank you for visiting our ship or just some nice pleasant statement as we passed by in the hallways and other areas. Everyone of your staff was gracious and pointing us in the right direction when we asked for help. I the waiters and waitresses were so very attentive without being annoying. We really enjoyed having the smaller specialty restaurants to visit rather than one big large dining room or feeding trough as some people might remember.
We particularly enjoyed having access to the adult pool with it being covered and much more laid-back than the regular outdoor pool.
Cabin / Stateroom

The size of our cabin with a king size bed plenty of storage extra large bathroom wonderful veranda and those black out curtains that were remotely opened and closed were all
fantastic. The push button curtains were a real treat! Our cabin came with an attendant named Gordon who anticipated our every need, Gordon brought us coffee and croissants
every morning. And such a very pleasant person and personality. And then there was Sebastian who made sure that our bed was made our pillows were perfect our room was clean including the bathroom with fresh towels every day. Way more than we expected but very appreciated. Both of these men do their job extremely well. That made the room such a joy to return to every day after a full day of activities and excursions.
Ship tip
There are so many quiet spots to find and enjoy on the shop, to read, get away, to have morning quiet time and prayer time overlooking the ocean. That is so nice and an unexpected discovery!
It was a great experience. We had a great fair well breakfast in Luminea picked up our backpack in our room and walked off easily. The customs area was quick and simple. One scan of our face with nothing to declare and we walked out to our luggage waiting for us. The car was in the nearby parking garage and within five minutes I was able to get my car drive down to where the luggage was loaded up and head home.
Nice job including the staff names! Estefany was adorable on our sailing (Oct.) and so warm and welcoming. I think the putting guy may have been Bennett - he was fun!
My husband and I have also sailed the Edge and agree that the staff, Estefany - the Hostess, and Ari- our Head Waiter, were very attentive, always knew our names and what we enjoyed eating. Hopefully we’ll meet up to the again on the Edge or another Celebrity ship.
