We had a great time. We enjoyed the time at sea the best. Due to the time of year and length of the cruse (Oct-Nov) there were few children aboard. Most passengers were in their 50s to 80s. Many had issues with walking and needed cane, walkers, and scooters. The crew went out of their way to help the passengers get around the ship and help them in the buffet line or where ever it was difficult to maneuver. I commend them for being so helpful

Kudos to Celebrity. It was a first class experience that definitely exceeded my expectations. The amenities are plentiful and the staff truly want you to enjoy each moment.

Great cruise. Everybody from Captain Leo on down was helpful, engaging and pleasant. Celebrity runs a great cruise.

We had exemplary service , food and experience. You exceeded our expectations and recommend Celebrity to anyone we know . Thank you Moreno was such a great cabin Stewart he went above and beyond. Wait staff was Argee and Marie and we couldn’t have been happier with their service in the Dining room ! Great cruise !

Love Hawaii and Vancouver. There are lots to see. But, here's where I learned a lesson. A wildfire broke out at 9am in the mountains on the island of Maui & the roads were closed on that side at about 1pm. We had to be rescued by Pacific Whale Foundation after the harbor we were diverted to was evacuated. Celebrity did not "notify" us until 4:47pm. Advice: turn on local radio, do not rely on Celebrity to make you aware or resolve your issue because you can't get thru on the emergency ph# during an actual emergency. Ge the cell ph# of others onboard to utilize during emergencies.

We had an enjoyable time. Never found the ship to be congested. Will definitely sail with Celebrity again.

I would go again on this trip. It was a "stay"cation and a vacation wrapped into one trip. Celebrity did not disappoint and made every day one to remember.

This was a disappointing experience because of our many unpleasant interactions staff interactions across departments. We enjoyed Aqua class with access to the Persian Garden and the food and service at Blu.

Celebrity is a great cruise line, ship is clean, staff friendly and ports of call nice. A great vacation to see nature at its grandest. I’m a beach person but so happy I did this Alaska cruise and enjoyed the cool weather to escape the summer heat in New York. So cool to see eagles, whales, bears and mountains and nature unspoiled by big cities. Beautiful!!

Ok cruise with excellent staff and good food. I was disappointed with Alaska—it felt like a pretty part of the East Coast

The cruise was ok, all in our party enjoyed the trip. United's response to a missing on-board-credit owed to the three couples in our party has still not been answered. United personnel state that the money was paid to Celebrity but they are unable to provide details. Celebrity reports not receiving anything from United and nobody at United seems to know what to do. The package appears to have been a bait-and-switch performed by Laura Monroe prior to her changing positions in the middle of booking this cruise. We are very unhappy with United's handling of the booking.

It was a nice relaxing trip for us. Due to age and some physical limitations, we did not do a lot of the wonderful excursions. Just enjoyed viewing the sites.

This cruise was beyond disappointing and Celebrity should be ashamed. I couldn't recommend this cruise to ANYONE unless maybe you are part of a large group, in which case Celebrity will do any and everything to please you to the detriment of everyone else. All you hear about now from Celebrity is its new ship, the Edge. It seems they have forgotten that it is great service that keeps cruisers coming back, not the bells and whistles on a new ship. I won't ever cruise with Celebrity again.

Been to Alaska Cruise before, but not inside passage, really happy get the chance to see Hubbard Glacier, close encounter, amazing view and experience!

The weather was fantastic and this was our first Alaskan cruise, we were very lucky.

Had a great experience. All on board service was impeccable. Excursions were great as well.

Highly recommend this cruise to anyone!! Very rarely do I travel and say, "That was perfect, I wouldn't change a thing!". But I'm saying it after this trip. Celebrity and staff are perfection!

We had very high expectations and the entire trip far exceeded our expectations. I brought my best camera equipment and got amazing photos of a full breach of humpback whale and white tale. Great food and amazing service.

Overall excellent experience for our large group of 14. Main dining hall, Moonlight Sonata, messed up our reservations twice with Luminae coming to the rescue ( our party were in suites)
