A very relaxing, enjoyable cruise. Unusually calm seas certainly helped, but the whole attitude of the staff really made the difference. Food was excellent, entertainment was excellent, but the staff were, without exception, OUTSTANDING.

Noticed that cleanliness received a LOT of attention. There were always staff members cleaning, particularly the restrooms (which were always kept spotless). One big complaint: smoking on the starboard side of the pool deck polluted the whole area. Smoking should not be allowed at a popular, crowded area. The stern of deck 10, with the bar, would make an excellent smoking area, and would not bother people with the stink of cigar and cigarette smoke.
Cabin / Stateroom

Norman, our stateroom attendant, was OUTSTANDING. He always kept our room spotless, providing towels for excursions, turning down bed at night — just everything he could do to make us comfortable. Only complaint was the lack of power outlets (only 2).
