Beautiful scenery

Sail Date: May 01, 2013

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

Older ship but in good condition. Very clean throughout. Restrooms not well marked. Pool area not covered, making it virtually unusable in cold weather cruising.

Pros: Hubbard Glacier

Cons: Expensive excursions

Recommends Celebrity Century? Yes!

Ship Quality
Public areas are lovely.
Food and Dining
good food, except for the overcooked and tasteless lobster. No midnight buffet. Nice meals and presentations, but not gourmet.
Cabin / Stateroom
Very clean and well attended. Awkward positioning of bed under folded up bunks. Ask for a room without bunk beds unless you like walking around stooped over around the bed.
Service and Staff
Very friendly and competent staff. Even the person sweeping the decks was able to answer questions and point you in the right direction.
We do not care for song and dance routines, but the entertainment in smaller venues was very good. very talented musicians.
