3 Nights Bahmas Cruise on Celebrity Century

Sail Date: February 12, 2014

Reviewed: 3 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

This was our third cruise; all of them were on Celebrity.

I have no way of comparing to other cruise lines, but I have

always heard Celebrity had better food and better service.

As always, we were very pleased with everything.

As for the "land excursions", the only thing we did was the glass bottom

boat at Nassau.  I had read "mediocre" reviews for this, but my wife and

I enjoyed it.  Thing thing that surprised me most was the large angel fish we saw.

The day on Cococay Island was better than I expected.  There was only one cruise

ship docked that day, so the island was not crowded.  The water was only about

two feet deep hundreds of yards away from the beach.  That was good, because

we could watch out for the numerous large jellyfish sitting on the bottom.

Avoid lower deck, aft cabins in order to avoid engine vibrations and noises.
