wonderful because we got to know cozumel

the ship is fine,but theres no motivation,they should give the guest the option of tipping an not charge you on your card $11.50 per person,if you do that the employees dont give their best.royal carribean does it like that you should see their employees!

Pros: cozumel

Cons: no motivation for guest theres no one motivating people like royal carribean does
