The customer service was excellent. I was also very pleased because of the variety of food and the amount of food that was available. The staff was excellent and very observant. They observed us customers and was there to meet our needs before we even asked. They came by to clean our room twice a day, and they even made an effort to know our names.

Pros: The excellent customer service and the great food.

Cons: too short

The seven mile ocean was a waste of time and money. The ocean was filled with Rocks and because of that only a few people made it into the ocean. There were more people on the shore. You could actually count the amount of people that was in the ocean because it was too rocky.

Rafting down the white River is a must see. It was also very relaxing. I felt like I didn't receive the amount of time that i paid for on the shore excursion. "The drivers picked us up way before the time that was on paper because they were rushing to make more money and carry another group."
