great first time cruise

Sail Date: December 20, 2010

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

While we were told this was a small ship, it was perfect for our four day, first time cruise. We had a room with a balcony-- definately worth the slightly extra cost. Room service was a treat every morning, with coffee on the balcony just a perfect way to start the day. The entertainment onboard ranged from o.k. to outstanding. We requested kosher food ( which we knew was frozen tv dinners)-- suffice it to say we did not go on this cruise for the food, however, the staff in the dining room was outstandingly accomodating, and asked for and fulfilled very specific requests for our salads and fruit. Overall, it was a great experience!

Pros: staff were all wonderful

Recommends Celebrity Century? Yes!

Ship Quality
Cabin / Stateroom
Service and Staff
there was a comedian onboard who was incredible!
Cozumel, Mexico
had great tour guide, who took lots of pride in his island and its history
Key West, Florida
truman's white house tour was great, we were unable to get to hemingway house (otherwise key west appeared to have typical touristy honky tonk)
