We did not have a problem with the ship itself--but with the company who owns it. They dropped one of our suitcases into the sea while loading it onto the boat--which included our $1500 camera, laptop, and Sony PSP (all in all about $3000 worth of merchandise). We filed a claim and we were given the impression from staff on the ship that we would be fully reimbursed for all items lost. We returned home and contacted the number listed on our claim form and were told it was "still being processed". We wait another 10 days with no contact from the company, so we make another contact attempt only to be informed that they will NOT be covering ANY of the costs of our materials lost. We will no longer be cruising with Celebrity and hope that you want a company with better customer service than we were provided.
