When I booked this reservation I requested a non-smoking cabin. Upon entering our cabin it reeked of cigarette smoke. I asked about non-smoking rooms and was informed Century did not have smoking/non-smoking; that it was up to the guests. None of the coffee urns were working the first morning for breakfast. The crew dished out your food instead of you helping yourself. We are not used to this. The scrambled eggs were powered eggs and very runny. The bacon was partially cooked. Unless you ate in the Grand Dining Room in the evening, you had to be satisfied with pizza or hamburgers/hot dogs by 6:30 pm. Then the grill closed until the next day. We requested a table of 4. We had to sit at a table for 10. Our stateroom attendant was not knowledgeable when asked questions regarding dining or hours of the gift shops. We forgot our toothpaste thinking guest services would provide but were told we had to purchase it in the sundries shops which didn't open until 5:30 pm the next day. This cost $5.00. We are used to RCCL and even though these two are connected, we will not cruise Celebrity ships again.
