I have been on 4 cruisese (Royal, Carnivalx2 and Celebrity). Celebrity def. seemed to be more low key and casual. And I am not talking about needing some crazy party ship. It was just an older demo. The onboard activities were not exciting. But this catered to a very casual and relaxing experience, which in itself is great. I would however like to have the options.

Food was great up until last day where you start to see clever reuse -- but that is the same on any ship. You have a ton of pork left over, you make pork sandwiches at the buffet and soups .. etc. SUSHI was great. desserts were tempting but bland, but added to the waistline ...
