Review SummaryWe have cruised on this ship twice in our cruising experience and our best cruise experience was with it and our worst cruise experience was with it. Because this cruise was oversold (yes can you believe it?) there was no ability to make changes to better meet our expectations. The 2 most irritating issues with us (a roll away bed that was not sleepable and the loction of our dining table) were not things that could be fixed...we tried. The ship was clean, and the service was generally good, but some of the little things were mssing....like the animal shapes made out of towels in our stateroom, Christmas decorations in the upper dining room (plenty in the lower dining room), and overall communication about various activities. I didn't think the cruise director was all that enthused about his job, but it didn't interfere with what we interested in. There were 2 particular shows we really enjoyed, but the other 3 were just ok. Photographers were less intrusive than on other cruises we've been on. We met our goal of getting away to warm weather and relaxing for Christmas, but the overall experience was just ok.

Pros: Service continues to be good.
Cons: The dining experience. Food was a huge disappointment. We have sailed on Century before and have had wonderful meals. On this cruise, the food was mediocre at best, we were 8 people seated at a table for 6, and we were situated in between 2 service areas, so the noise level was high.
