5 Night Western Caribbean (Miami Roundtrip)
Sail Date: March 19, 2007
Ship: Celebrity Century
Cabin Type: Inside
Traveled As: Couple
Reviewed: 11 years ago
Once we were allowed to board the ship, the amenities and service were second to none. However, I would strongly discourage users from allowing the cruise line, or representatives thereof, to make airfare arrangements. We found such arrangements to be overly expensive and, due to scheduling, the cause of a poor vacation experience.

Pros: Once we got on the ship, the customer service and food were both second to none

Cons: The itinerary for this trip, as purchased through the cruises.com website, was unacceptable. The cruise line materials indicated passangers should arrive by 2pm, and our flight was scheduled to arrive after 2. While assured we would have adequate time, we missed 60% of cruise as a result.
