Just returned from 4 night Western Carribean on the Celebrity Century. The ship is recently out of an extensive refurbishing and it shows. For an older ship, you'd never know - they did a great job and it looks wonderful.

Pros: wonderful dining

Cons: nothing

Recommends Celebrity Century? Yes!

Ship Quality
Century is very clean, well laid out, fresh and up to date, and easy to get around.
Food and Dining
Restaurant dining and buffet dining are all excellent. Many options to suit all tastes, very well prepared and presented.
Cabin / Stateroom
We had a midship deck 9 inside cabin with king bed and found it very roomy, comfortable, and very clean. Lots of closet space and mirrors - delightful.
Service and Staff
Never met a staffer who wasn't smiling and helpful. We're always impressed with how happy and helpful they are considering how hard they work.
Entertainment
The evening shows were first rate. The young entertainers really give it their all and it shows in their quality performances. There was a young acappella male quartet that was beyond outstanding. Also, a fine Mexican Folklore group came aboard in Cozumel and put on some fine entertainment. Other activities were also well planned and fun.
Cozumel, Mexico
We enjoyed the market place at the dock and bought a few nice Mexican tourist trinkets. The local vendors were very nice. We took an excursion to Playa Mia Beach Resort, but it wasn't what we were hoping for. We are used to going to cruise line's private islands and this seemed more like a local beach for kids. They did have a nice Mexican buffet and good bar, but the beach scene was a disappointment. We talked to some other travelers there who were also disappointed.
Key West, Florida
We took the Conch Trolly Tour. Our guide was full of information and a real hoot. Great excursion. We also went to Truman's Little White House and highly recommend this tour.
Don't Miss: The Conch Trolly is great as it gives you a great overview of the area so you know where to go from there.
