First time with Celebrity

Sail Date: November 01, 2006

Reviewed: 10 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Inside

First experience with Celebrity. Haved sailed on RCCL, its parent company, and had been impressed. The Century is not decorated or appointed as well as an RCCl ship. The Century decor is more subdued. The service ranged from excellent in dining room to fair at the front desk (customer service). Entertainment was first rate, compared to other cruises. This was our ninth cruise; we have cruised with three other linrs on the previous eight. We found the inside cabin to be roomy and well apointed, with plenty of closet and drawer space. The room attendants were great. I would consider Celebrity again, but possibly try another newer ship in it's fleet.

Pros: Generally good food, cabin and service.

Cons: Cost of internet, food good but not excellent as promoted.

Recommends Celebrity Century? Yes!

Cabin / Stateroom
Very good, spacious and comfortable.
Food and Dining
Dining room service excellent and choices at the buffet also very good. Example fresh omelets and waffles. My one complaint is the lack of iced tea, I couldn't find it during the entire cruise.
Service and Staff
Dining room great, front desk, just fair.
Ship Quality
Among the best I've encountered.
