Our first Transatlantic was one our best cruises ever, wait, don't I say that every time I cruise in a Celebrity Edge class ship? yes? still true! Best cruise line/ship class on the 7 seas at any price point, based on the 7 lines we've tried! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Review summary
Our first TransAtlantic, from Southampton to Fort Lauderdale on Celebrity Apex. We fly into London and spent five days touring around. The cruise back was wonderful. Celebrity Apex kept us well fed and well served and well entertained. Boredom was impossible! Port days in The Azores and in Bermuda, two of our all time favorite islands now! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Embarkation

Ship tip
You probably do not need to book a single specialty dining experience. Everyone gets the best buffet and four main dining rooms with differing menus to choose from plus mast grill and cafe al baccio, a greater variety than other cruise lines or even other celebrity ship classes. If you are sailing in Aqua Class you already have BLU plus all of the above. If you are in The Retreat, you already have Luminae and all of the above including BLU. We did one called Dinner on the edge on the so-called magic carpet. We not only wasted money, but we felt cheated out of a superior meal we had already paid for. The food on Apex is so good, you do not need specialty dining. I have on MSC and NCL cruises where the specialty dining saved the whole trip. Not like that here.
