A great value for a 5-night cruise.... Excellent way to see these locations! Ship experience could have been better, though....

Pros: Food, Destinations, Staff, Cabin Size

Cons: Ship, Entertainment

Food and Dining
The food was fantastic! Great menu choices for the price we paid! Many different dining areas. You can't beat a 24 hour pizzeria! We used it to tide us over until our 8:30 pm dinner seating....
Cabin / Stateroom
The stateroom size at the lowest deck (Riviera) was surprisingly large. Beds were confortable, linens were always fresh and clean. There was plenty of storage for all our stuff!!!
Service and Staff
The ship staff was friendly and helpfull all the time. If something wasn't right, they were quick to find an acceptable solution.
Ship Quality
The ship was one of the oldest of Carnival's fleet. We were limited to the port of Jacksonville because it was within driving distance. The size of the ship was fairly small, and the layout wasn't the best, but it was very clean.... crew members were constantly wiping down railings and scrubbing floors, so the ship looked and smelled fresh all the time. The decor was slightly outdated, but was in good condition.
Entertainment
The entertainment was not as good as some of the larger ships I have been on. It was of average quality. We experienced about 3 different comedians on our 5 night cruise, two of which were good. Besides one main show each night, there wasn't a lot in the way of entertainment options.
Key West, Florida
The Trolley Tour is definitely worth spending the money on.... great way to see Key West!
Nassau, Bahamas
You must see Atlantis!
