We enjoyed our 7 days of relaxation on the Vista with lots of dining and entertainment options!

Some bad but mostly good experiences. Would do again.

We went on a family trip with my husband's parents, one of hus brothers and his wife. This was a great experience and love the excursions because we can all do what we want then get together after share our experiences.

Enjoyed the cruise but will probably try a different cruise line next time.

My cruise was cheap,affordable and fun. People should stay home if they are sick7

I think the food in the dining room on this cruise was mediocre. You had to buy up to get decent food. I think the service by the cabin stewards was not as good as on previous cruises. Food at the taco bar and hamburger joint were really good. The steakhouse was really good as well.

We are so happy, we did enjoyed out trip and we celebrated our November's Bday celebration me my husband and my niece..it's a great experience and fun.

Room Steward was great and team of servers for table # 257 were fantastic. These individuals deserved a better reward.

Cruise was great! Food was good. Staff was great! Will be doing another Carnival Cruise in the future!

I wish I could give this ship a 0 the worst boat ever

My husband's birthday cruise was amazing, everything except the everybody loves sharks and stingrays excursion. Wish we would have done the one in Belize instead.

Overall a good vacation. Our cabin was clean and spacious. Pools and hot tubs were overcrowded. Food was so so except in specialty restaurants. Drinks were weak except at Alchemy. Port time in Cozumel in particular was extremely short. Some excursions were very compressed for time as well.

The Vista is tired and needs a dry dock to replace carpets, chairs, and sofas. The buffet tables need a deep clean to get the antibacterial cleaning build up off that is guncking up the edges of them. The staff is spread too thin and worked way too hard. They were kind and friendly, but were obviously exhausted. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable and clean. If you like to read on your balcony, get one that isn't above the Havana Club area because they play music all day every day that is not peaceful and can be heard on the balconies.

Worse cruise I’ve ever experienced. Carnival is the reason people are afraid to cruise and I understand why. I would never put myself in this position again. Uninterested and absent staff, classless revolting guests, unclean facilities…never again. Total waste of my vacation time and valuable vacation dollars.

Overall the cruise was a great time with my family. The water pressure and the lack of hot water had me extremely disappointed. Vista needs an overhaul or a makeover. In the dining area near the desert buffet water constantly drips. There was a dog on this cruise licking crumbs underneath the buffet area. It was a lot going on this cruise. This cruise had highs and lows but I’m thankful I had the chance to make memories with my family.

Overall, excellent, and will book again. Everything was so well done once the cruise started. Funny though, sometimes little things can bug you. For example, I ordered two (rather pricey) margaritas. When I asked the bartender for a straw, he said, "those are not frozen. you only get straws with frozen margaritas." I politely asked him for two straws anyway, and his response was a very rude "NO." Wow. Hot water goes, out, well, it happens, but sometimes two straws make a big difference. H

Waitstaff, Sam, Jay, and David were exceptional. Sam was very responsive and met all our needs. Room steward Joemar was slow to service rooms. I only saw him once the entire cruise. He stopped by at 5 pm to clean the room and I was getting ready for dinner.

The carnival was not a good cruise. The food quality was worst especially the buffet.

Overall - it was a decent experience. We did not opt for the internet package as we wanted to unplug and unwind. So, it was a relaxing time. The ship's securtiy was there but not obtrisive. Obviously, from events in the local news over the last few months, Carnival Cruises are gaining a reputation for having unruly passengers. And our cruise was no different as we witnesses a small incident that was fueled by too much alcohol. But that is to be expected when you get a bunch of adult juvenilles onboard and pack them in a small area at the back of the ship. You hang around in bars and taverns long enough, you will see altercations fueled by "liquid courage" - and this cruise was no different Overall, though, it did not detract from the good time that we had. There were plenty of other fun activities to distract us.
