This was the most underwhelming cruise experience that we've had. We did have a great time regardless.

Mediocre overall. We had cove balcony 2321. Room was best part of the ship.

Excited to go on the vista Dec 2018! I know it's a bigger ship and looks roomy! Any one else going Dec 2 2018? What did you like or dislike? Happy Sailing!!!!

Debarkation was a total mess. Had to wait two hours in the lounge before being called to get in line to leave the ship. Also, I expected more from a newer ship and agree with other reviews that I miss a more impressive atrium. The casino stinks so badly we didn't want to even walk through it. The buffet was just OK. I don't think we will cruise with Carnival again. The positive was the employees. They work really hard and were very friendly.

Steven Schwartz was the cruise director for this trip. It was his last sailing. He is the nest cruise director by far that we have ever sailed with. (#9 with Carnival) Ship was beautiful and lots to do on board. I was disappointed with the spa. It was really small. Camp Ocean was wonderful. Our 2 children were in the Penguins room. The food was good and dinning staff was great. Love the new hand washing stations! We did not use the IMAX. It was too expensive in my opinion. Overall fantastic cruise and highly recommend.

The Vista is great. Loved the IMAX and the Havana deck for Havana balcony rooms. The spa is also amazing.

I did have a wonderful time the staff was wonderful. Like I said only thing I was truly disappointed the end was the drink card I feel I was lied to about that I did not get my moneys worth I paid more for the drink car than I would have individually for drinks but other than that it was a very wonderful nice cruise I would do it again I just would not buy the drink card

The Platinum level seems to be worth less and less. Lots more people...same number of elevators. Almost no storage in cabin or bathroom. Staff even piles kleenex & toilet paper on the floor. Few shelves. Few drawers. Not enough 110 outlets NO USB oulets. Very slow dinner service. Liquid Lounge?? Funny name. Funny location. Funny size. 2.5 hours to disembark. Many things seem to be in decline.

Will NEVER cruise with carnival on the vista again. Casino Manager is probley the rudest not knowing his job person i have ever met. We were invited casino guests and they totally humiliated my wife and step son because one lady pulled her card out to soon and didn’t cash out evidently. 2 days later as we are playing the escorted my step son out and claimed that he STOLE money from her and made him cash out. Not once did they show us any proof just demanded that he pay 311 dollars back. When we aske the manager for proof he found not give us any. Hell he didn’t even notice. I explained that we would like to see video of this or some kind of proof all he could say is it was not his money. Don’t think it was right the way they handled everything and the casino manager has a real chip on his shoulder. Would last a day in vegas. Wanted to give it no stars but had to to post this.

This was our first cruise, and it set the bar really high. Matt Mitcham was our CD and he was fantastic. The food, shows, activities and ports were excellent.

We lived this ship! Never felt crowded and there was so much to do. Only disappointment was the MDR on the first formal night. After that, service was fantastic!

Beautiful ship, Matt the CD was Awesome, Galveston was fun place to visit, food was good. We would definitely go on this ship and out of Galveston again.

This was my very first cruise and I had a wonderful time. As a handicapped cruiser, I found the ship and people very accomodating. I have the Cruise Bug!

Had so much fun service was slow the vista needs more servers. I get you might have your servers positioned how you need but they took longer than they should have to serve drinks mainly.

This was my very first cruise and now I’m hooked. Even with the rough embarking and disembarking experiences the fun and relaxing experience of the cruise more than made up for it. Can’t think of any better way to vacation from now on!

I went to La Ramanda and went snorkeling for the first time and loved it. Aruba is one happy island!

The Vista is a great ship. Lots to do and see. We stayed in the Havana area in an inside state room. Great room it was cold which made sleeping great. All staff in the Havana pool and bar area were amazing, had great attitudes and attentive. Every experience or interaction with the staff was plesant.

Loved the ship! After the first day, the ship was plenty big for all 4,400 guests! Wonderful service! Liked the ship layout! Did the anytime dining, worked out great! Overall excellent!

Had a great time with my family but geez so many people and hard to walk around everywhere and the elevators were so so so so slow omg! And was so hard to get a elevator but over all food was pretty good and had a great time!
