I can honestly tell you there is no way we will ever go on a Carnival cruise again. The product is sub-par, the food is just so-so (even Guys Burger Joint got old quickly). Spend a bit more (probably) and go with one of the other cruise lines!

Carnival itself did a fabulous job. Staff was excellent. Ship was a bit strange on the layout. Good was great, especially considering the quantity of people they feed in a certain time frame. I would definitely recommend carnival to anyone wanting to cruise!

Carnival Vista is a very nice ship. The Havana rooms are worth the extra $. I was surprised how much I enjoyed Roatan. Didn't know much about it beforehand. Beautiful island!

The Cruise Director and cast was wonderful at getting anyone interested involved. One complaint, not enough hand sanitizers in plain view or staff encouraging use. I think that is why there was so much sickness on board the ship.

This was fun and relaxing. But it seemed like the cruise had a lot of things you had to pay extra to participate in on the ship, more than I've experienced before. The ship was nice, clean, and had a lot of small spaces to go, but seemed crowded by comparison to other ships, which may be a symptom of the lack of traditionally larger public spaces.

This was the first 7 day cruise I have been on. Had a super fun time. Will do again.

Ship is pretty- but kinda boring. Layout make NO sense- felt very closed in, hallways narrow, never enough seating for comedy shows & they are always popular! Food was not good at all- never hot, deli food was never fully done/melted, pizza line was a joke at night, broken Promenade was a busy- nice idea, but doesn’t work- added imax & took away much needed public spaces!!

Amazing ship, ports, and cruise overall. Do not care to cruise out of Galveston due to the alcohol restrictions set by the state.

The best time of my life! It was full of a lot of firsts for me! First time to fly, first time to the ocean and first time to do a cruise! Absolutely wonderful!

Cruise was nice and enjoyable, the staff is thoughtful and kind. They always make a point to remember your name and make you feel important which is remarkable since they all deal with so many (4500 on boat). Be careful in Cozumel as they are con-artist. Do not use your credit card as they will double charge you, use only cash at that location. We had no issues at the other port of calls. Loved, loved, loved Ocho Rios as it is not only beautiful but the people are so nice and enjoyable. We recommend the Big Three, with the Canopy, Bob-sled and Zip-lining. It was a blast and the zip-line staff are fun and very, very hands on to make sure you are safe and secure! Dining was awesome, loved the burgers and I think my daughter bought her weight in pizzas so she was extremely happy. If dining ask for Rodney, he is an outstanding waiter as he remembers your name, your order and even your drink order from one day to the next. That is called customer service at its best. Great cruise, very relaxing and fun.

This trip was fantastic. The Vista crew does a good job! We had a great trip.

I bought the $800 Cheers package only to learn that after the second day at sea my wife and I both qualified for free drinks in the casino. We did get cookies and dinner in the Chinese restaurant. Not quite the even trade but nice none the less.

Food poisoning, over crowded boats, and over crowded ports. I no longer enjoy cruising because of this cruise

Our 7 day cruise on the Vista was wonderful. The only hitch was that the ship could not come in due to fog, so we had to wait 8 hours to board. We were then late into Cozumel and Grand Caymen, which was just fine because we were going to the beach. Then we were back on track time-wize in Jamaica. The staff, entertainment, meals, and fun were awesome. We love Carnival and we love the Vista. This was our 33rd cruise - so we are kind of addicted.

We had an awesome New Years cruise on the Carnival Vista. I have never used Varnival for cruising so I was a bit weary, but I have nothing but the best to say about the quality of everything on this ship. The service is unbeatable and the activities for ALL ages abounded. From old to young we all had the best vacation ever.

New Year’s cruise with big deck party. We brought lots of LED rings & necklaces to give away, and had so much fun doing so!

Beautiful ship we lots of entertainment. Be prepare to wait specially for food.
