Overall, had a great time. 10 more days needed to reach Platinum!
Embarkation

Only took 20 minutes to be on the ship
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
The MDR food was good half the time. They do seem short staffed and the current waiters seem undertrained. Do not eat the Striploin steak in the MDR, very tough. However, one night they offer filet mignon. That was very good. Guy's burgers and the pizza were delicious. I tried JiJi's for the first time and it was delicious. Only open a couple of hours during the day for free.
Onboard Activities

Not enough pools or hot tubs. They use that space for chairs and umbrellas for some of the restaurants. Always packed. Never saw a movie in the theater. $16 for first run and $8 (I think) for documentaries. Plenty of good movies shown by the pool at night. Enjoyed playing foosball and shuffleboard in the Red Frog Pub. Putt put is always fun. Didn't ride the bike ride as I went on a port day and it was closed. Went another day and I didn't have closed in shoes, so couldn't ride. Too lazy to walk back to my room to get tennis shoes
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Comic Rick Izquieta - not funny, Happy Cole & Kelly Terenova were very funny. Don't be deterred by the long line to get into the Limelight Lounge. They let you in about 30 minutes early. The Vista Rock Band (Awesome Sauce) was the best band I've ever seen. They can play any genre of music. The shows were very good.
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Our room steward, Jaka, was very good. We did anytime dining and had 3 different teams. Some of the waiters seemed like they needed more training. Dinner could take awhile.
Ship Quality

Casino is too smoky. No separate non smoking casino. Really hard to see in the Liquid Lounge. I would get there 30 minutes early (I'm short) and it seemed like the supporting columns were so wide, that it was really hard to sit away from them. The comedy club was much larger than on other carnival ships.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Same as on other carnival ships.
Ship tip
Order bottled water for the room before you get on board. Very good price. Pack your sodas/wine in your carry on. One man put his in his checked bags and they took them from him, to return upon disembarkation.
Galveston is a cool port. Walk down Strand St. Cool bars, shops and my favorite "La King Candy factory". They make salt water taffy every day and you can watch. Go visit the old mansions.
Falmouth is a terrible port. The part right off the ship is nice enough. Be sure to get a Jamaican beef patty. But once you leave that area, it's super dirty, lots of drug dealers that didn't hesitate to offer drugs. Margaritaville was closed on the day we arrived.
Chakanaab Park in Cozumel was great as usual. Cab cost $12 one way for 3 people. I think it was $25 each to get in. Did not buy the tour from the ship, just paid once I arrived. Forgot how cold the water is there. Lot's of fish. The give massages there at Natural Spa Cozumel. It's around $80 for an hour. We did 1/2 hour for $40. Nancy and Cristina did a great job!
Debarkation was 2.5 hours and was a hot mess. We were told the night before, that if we took our own bags, we would get off sooner. Then the next morning, they changed to calling floor by floor. First was floors 1,2 & 14. Then 3, 4 & 13. We were on floor 7.
