On board credits from a sale direct from the cruise line will show in your booking confirmation, which should always be printed and taken with you upon boarding. If the OBC was promised by a TA, travel club, or reservation website that needs to be resolved with that company. If FunPlay or ship board credits was promised by the Ocean Players Club that needs to be claimed at the casino cage or through a casino host(ess), as those are not automatically posted to your Sail-n-Sign account.

Agree with others any on board credit is listed right there in ur cruise manager from the moment u book where it shows ur costs and payments and such. Always have a copy with u. We have never had a problem its always been right on our sail and sign account

I watched a lot of youtube before I went on my first cruise and that was one of the things they warn you about. Make sure you print out everything before you board the ship. If an onboard credit was offered it should show on your final document showing you paid for your cruise.

If you have something in writing you should always bring it with you. Had a slight hiccup on RCCL and they tried their darndest not to honor (most was the due to language barrier) but because I had paperwork it was settled within a few hours. Better luck next time.
