Review summary

We had an amazing time. Just a few hiccups but that’s to be expected with a very large group of cruisers on a ship. My only complaints are that the only place on the ship we could get cool was our cabin. Everywhere was so hot. I wish there were a way to control the teens on the ship somehow as they were very rude, running through hallways and tying up the elevators for other cruisers.

Outside the terminal when people were disembarking and the line was forming for us to go into the terminal for embankment it was complete chaos. The staff directing was very rude. However, once we got into the terminal away from all the chaos embankment was very smooth and hassle free.

Serenity Bar

The bar hours should be later. There were times we would go to the hot tubs even before 7pm and the bar would be closed. With this being the only adult o my area we would have to go down 2 decks to be able to get drinks.

Redfrog Rum Bar

The staff each time we visited this bar on Lido deck were very rude and were even seen mocking customers and rolling their eyes.

The bartenders did not engage and the lines were long for drinks with only 2 bartenders available to make drinks for lots of people.

The bartenders were for the most part rude and didn’t attempt to interact with cruisers at any of the bars we went to with the exception of the red frog pub bar/restaurant. The line was long and we were overlooked on multiple occasions at the casino bar. We asked several times for our sheets to be changed and during the entirety of the cruise they were never changed. I had to finallly put one of my T-shirt’s over one of the pillows because I was having an allergic reaction to something on my pillow case.

We asked several times for our sheets to be changed and they never were during the entirety of our cruise. However, Olvin, our steward was very friendly and helped us anyway he could.
