Better than expected. The boat is large, and I think I prefer a smaller boat..
Embarkation

Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Food far surpassed my expectations. If you dine at the Steakhouse on the first night, you received a free bottle of wine. Take advantage of lunch at the other two "pay to eat" spots during lunch. The food is made fresh and it is free. (Italian and Chinese) Guys burgers were still as great as I remember, but the Barbecue is just so-so. We participated in my time dining and requested the same waiter each night. There is a separate dining room for the anytime plan. If you don't go when it opens, there is never a wait.
Onboard Activities

Try the sky bike. Worth a whirl and you don't have to be fit to participate. Very easy pedal. Lots of great shows and other things. Loved all the crew leading the events.
If you have never signed up for the spa pass, consider it. A whirlpool, heated lounge chairs and various saunas are included. Great escape area!
Entertainment

Standard ship shows. Good, but as always, too loud. NO complaints, everyone was giving it their best.

Service and Staff
5 out of 5
WE had outstanding service from our wait staff and found a favorite bartender - Israel. He used to be at the Havana Bar, but is now in the red frog pub.

It was well kept and we requested room service twice daily. No issues or problems.
Ship tip
Try all the food options, but especially the breakfasts in the dining room. Skip the buffet if at all possible.
Only used the ski lift chairs. Did not realize you could buy just the lift ticket from the boat. Only accepts cash or credit once off the boat. If you get to the beach early, you can find free shaded lounge chairs. Gets very crowded!
Cave tubing! Incredible. ANyone can do this, minimal walking. The tour guide either pulls, pushes or paddles your group through the massive, well lit caves. No issues for those with claustrophobia.
Never fun to sit around and be bored. Once off the boat, unless you are a platinum cruiser, you have another 45 minutes to get through customs, etc. before exiting the building. Our total debarkation time was around 3 hours from when the first passengers (platinum) got off the boat.
