Review summary

We were so excited as an extended family to take this cruise. What a huge disappointment. Seven of the nine people that cruised with us purchased the drink package. We had to wait for at least 15 mins. or more to receive our drinks. We are all gold members and all vowed never to cruise carnival again. They have lost all aspects of customer service. No thank you. Royal Caribbean here we come.

I always go to the bar and get my drink . If I order from my chair, on the Lido deck, I know it’s going to take a minute. Next time just go to the bar yourself 🤷🏽‍♀️

I always tip every drink. $1 min. I never have any trouble getting drinks. Especially in the casino.

Wow. Total disaster will never cruise on carnival again and the only example is the drinks took 15 mins? Thats about how long they take when ur laying around pools and decks waiting for them to wait on u hand and foot. Doesnt take that long at the bars where im betting the “gold” members didnt go to het their own drinks

Maybe try tipping them? We always tip $1 extra on EVERY drink. They learn quickly who tips and who doesn't. Well worth it!!

Somehow I get the feeling y'all would be hard to satisfy even if it only took 5 mins I stead of 15. Vista is a very large ship and I agree you are no more special than anyone else just because you are a gold member, you have to wait your turn. Good luck in the future!!!!

So just because you're gold members doesn't mean that you are more important than others who are wanting for drinks. Everyone has to wait their turn. The staff work extremely hard and very long hours. No reason to be hateful just because you had to wait your turn.
