This was the most underwhelming cruise experience that we've had. We did have a great time regardless.

This was our 5th cruise, first time out of Galveston. In comparison, this was the most time consuming and hectic experience we've had.

Specialty restaurants and buffets, A+. Comparing our main dining with our other 4 cruises, we were very underwhelmed this time. We dined 3x before we gave up and started eating at the buffet. Our food was cold all 3 dinner meals. The whole dining experience took over 1.5 hrs each time and the food quality wasnt near what we've experienced before. I gave 3 stars-2 for main dining and 4 for buffet.

We were 2 hrs behind schedule which was understable, bad weather. The crew did try very hard to keep control of the disembarkation but it was very hectic. We did not exit the boat until 1:30pm.

I’ve seen a lot of complaints about disembarkation. I’m wondering if it has everything to do with summer vs winter weather. Twice I’ve cruised in the summer and had no problems. Once cruised in December and it was pure chaos! Next cruise is in July on the Vista so we shall see.
