Review summary

Will NEVER cruise with carnival on the vista again. Casino Manager is probley the rudest not knowing his job person i have ever met. We were invited casino guests and they totally humiliated my wife and step son because one lady pulled her card out to soon and didn’t cash out evidently. 2 days later as we are playing the escorted my step son out and claimed that he STOLE money from her and made him cash out. Not once did they show us any proof just demanded that he pay 311 dollars back. When we aske the manager for proof he found not give us any. Hell he didn’t even notice. I explained that we would like to see video of this or some kind of proof all he could say is it was not his money. Don’t think it was right the way they handled everything and the casino manager has a real chip on his shoulder. Would last a day in vegas. Wanted to give it no stars but had to to post this.

Once your step son put his card in and entered his code it should have showed him how much money he have to use. Now I thought you could only use the money on your card. The machine will show if there was money on the machine before he used it. It also registers all money won and downloads to your card. If he saved 311 dollars to his card and the machine doesn't show him playing doing the time the money was won. Then sorry to say he did save money to his card that didn't belong to him. Now to say he stole it was probably not correct. Anyone who was playing that machine and finished would have saved all the money on the machine, even an experience gambler. The question is did he know that some of the money he saved didn't belong to him. Again they shouldn't have said he stole anything, that's was wrong and easily could have been fixed.

So it’s your step sons fault because someone forgot to cash out Wow. For me who really don’t gamble I wouldn’t know if someone didn’t cash out. I just sit down and but my Cash in the machine. I never use my sail card because because I scared I would hit wrong thing or forget to cash out Sorry to heat this. I would complain to the company.

Licram, it's too bad that your granddaughter was talked to rudly. Of course, she shouldn't have been playing.

Everyone has a manger even the casino boss !!!! so that's where I would of started with his boss ... No excuse for rudeness and certainly no excuse for accusing unless they have proof they have cameras everywhere so not good enough... I would of got to the bottom of that for sure 😡😡😡😡😡

Wow that is a fast way to ruin your entire vacation! And I would say that was a malfunction on the cruise lines part so they would owe her the money not your family!
