Review summary

I sailed a week after it came to US. The service was much slower than usual. Staff were not that friendly and appeared to be probably new to the cruiseline business. I think they should have the more experienced staff on the newer ship.

Areas stayed dirty too long. I was in the club and the tables were piled with dirty glasses. This was the first time I had ever experienced this.

I sail on the vista in March I also wasn’t feeling it either it was slow moving everything the staff wasn’t that friendly at breakfast

I agree we sailed the vista in April and had terrible customer service. We had a great room steward and 1 great server it was very disappointing.

Loved the Vista! If she just got to the US it was a while ago. She was new and working out the kinks, you have to expect that on a new ship. The staff was not new, maybe new to her, but not new. They change ships a lot , after they go home for a few months. Just because it’s a new ship it doesn’t mean new employees. Just make sure you don’t go on a new ship for a year or so 😊

We are on the Vista this past Feb and loved it. Thought the crew was great. Didn't meet one staff member that wasn't friendly or helpful. The ship was clean, plenty to do and the food was great. We'd go on the Vista again anytime

Just got off Vista on Sunday and everything was great. Ship was very clean, service was great and food was amazing.

I went on the inauguration sailing on the Vista and services was excellent! Entertainment was amazing the cruise director was amazing and the ship is beautiful! I had no complaints.
