we were comp the drink packages for computer issues having to wait cal hrs for them to fix finally they were comped and then was track down on ship and mad to pay for it as he wasn't allowed to do this and charged me for them after having it comped

for a first time cruise i spent way to much time at guest services for there issues not mine. even after we brought cheers package we were still charged for drink and no money will be giving back have all reicipts including ones were they comped drink packages.Embarkation

pool was cleaner that the other pool but still had flem and hair floating in it told crew members but nothing seem to be done

The pool was dirty had hair flem and other things floating would not go in pool for that reason. pointed out to crew members ohh we will take care of it
