I think if you have the bottomless bubbles you shouldn't have to wait at a bar to get a coke. when the bar tenders are busy making specialty drinks it takes you a while to just get a soda. You have beer stations, you should have pop stations too. I know i heard a lot of people complaining cuz they would have to take their kids to a bar to get a pop.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
We were scheduled for 12-1230 to board the ship but my brother who had an earlier time than us got a msg to come an hour later because of only on entrance to enter ship. So we actually didn't get there till almost 1 so we got to walk right on and no waiting in line. That was great.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
It was good. Breakfast was ok but need more stations where they cook what you want. If you go thru the buffet and get some food and then wait for something special to be cooked your other food is cold and if you wait in line first for something special then you go thru the buffet line then your special food is cold. So more stations where they cook food would of been nice.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
We didnt do too much activities because i had just got out of the hospital before boarding the ship and could not do a lot of physical activities, although i did do the minature golf and the skyride. I enjoyed myself at the pool but being it was February the water was not real warm. I laid on lounge chairs if i could find one available
Entertainment
5 out of 5
The shows were pretty good. We don't go to shows at home so they were entertaining. A few we left early because of the f word being used. i don't mind the f word but when it is said every other word i don't that is called for. You can use the f word occasionally but it was used way too much. The piano bar guy was good.
Children's Programs
no kids with us
Service and Staff

The staff was great. Left us clean beach towels every day. They got me a fan to use. The dining room waiters were great. They were friendly and always smiling.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Ship layout was great but for a suggestion, when you get off elevators it would be nice if there could be signs there for which direction is toward the front and back of ship. You get confused on there sometimes. Being that I was in the hospital right before cruise I had a hard time walking and I would get turned around sometimes and had to walk a lot farther than necessary. But loved that you could see down thru two or three floors. i never did get to see every level of the ship.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Our cabin was great. Loved the balcony. I sat out there every morninhg and every evening. Just to relax. The cabin couldn't of been any cleaner. It was a nice size room. I didn't spend much time in there. I heard of a lot of people complaining about cupboard space but i think we had plenty.
Ship tip
Take pants to wear in the evenings. The AC in some of the shows were chilly. I wore a sweater a lot of times. Also pants because when on top of the ship the wind blows and is a little chilly, but then it was February.
Did an excursion when leaving. Someone helped us to the bus we needed to get too. Didn't really see too much of it. The hotel van dropped us off right outside so we walked right in.
Took a tour from one of the guides outside of the port. Only $15.00 vs what the ship charges. It was beautiful there and learned some things that I would of never thought of. loved the shopping and the parrot people and the court house.
We took a taxi to do a dolphin excursion, again not booked thru the ship. It is a lot cheaper thru groupon. Then the taxi driver took us to a really nice beach but I don't know the name of it. I think it was beautifu there.
We were scheduled for an excursion of parasailing which is not offered thru the ship. it was at Orient Beach. After getting there the boat broke down so our parasailing was cancelled. The beach was beautiful but all the devastation to get there was just devastating. i think it would be a beautiful island when it is all fixed up again.
