A: You will choose an available arrival time when you do your online check-in. This is usually 14 days prior to the cruise. Check ins start at 10:00 am, and you are usually onboard by 11:30 or so

Answered by Carnivalfoodie on July 10, 2023

A: When there's no fog/weather delay the ship usually docks by 8am. The Vista usually take 2.5-3 hours to empty. The CBP and USCG normally need another 30-60 minutes to give clearance. That means boarding can start between 11 and 11:30am but additional... inspections can delay that. Arrival Appointments might start as early as 10:30amSee More

Not all sofas convert to another bed (either daybed or trundle... style). Would need to know exact room number and ship to give more detail.See More

A: Casino, rated R comedy shows, Love & Marriage show, the piano bar after 10, the nightclub, & most spa services (& the Quest game if back), are all limited to 18 and older. The Serenity area is strict on the 21 and older rule and located in a way that... no child would need it as walk through. Most bars and lounges allow child to attend the entertainment but they can not sit directly at the bar area.See More

A: You can also look for pineapple stickers on the cabin doors. You might want to Google what that means first though.

A: The sad part is there aren’t many adult only things. Can’t even go to a bar without kids being in there. The adult comedy shows are policed so there’s that. Otherwise there are no activities.

Answered by Babsie1963 on May 20, 2023

A: On cruises 6 days or more.

Answered by tara6579 on April 3, 2024

A: That is a great cruise, the vista is a larger ship and it does have a newer element and you will like the ship. But to get across to the other side on deck four you must go through the casino. Jamaica and George Town are good for beach’s and clear wa... ter, swimming with animals and great food. Cozumel has ruins you can tour and beaches too. But it is also known for its reef that it sits above. There are many snorkeling excursions. Now the sky ride on the carnival vista is open a short time. And on windy days it might be closed so get on as soon as you get on the ship. You’re really gonna enjoy your cruise. Hope this helpedSee More

A: If the 2 yr old is under 35lbs and is still accustomed to sleeping in a crib request a porta-crib. Otherwise, Check the deck plans for which type of 3rd person bedding is in the room with the toddler. If it's a Pullman bunk (about 5 ft off the floor... ) you might want to see if you can switch to a cabin with a sofa daybed.See More

We were on Vista 3 weeks ago but I don’t remember when those events happened. 80s party was moved inside due to rain, but lots of people really went al... l out with the theme and dressed up. A: The imax movies are not publicized. It’s usually one movie that’s in theaters now and then a couple retro. I believe the Thrill theater is the one being taken out of ships, not the imax.

Answered by Imjustagirl on December 15, 2022

A: we went to the IMAX theater on the Vista in Sept. The 3D was not working and less than 10% of seats were filled. The price to see a movie about the US National Parks cost more than the new releases at our local theater that has recliner seats. Since... they already show free movies each night on the Lido deck, the IMAX theater is a waste of room.See More
