Absolutely fantastic! Our beach bag was tipped over and my diamond earrings and necklace fell out. Security found them and we retrieved them from guest services. The young man went above and beyond to find them.

The door handle to our balcony fell off and we went to the Guest service counter on Deck 3. The blonde lady was super helpful and had it fixed the day we told them. Then the next day, we were given champagne and strawberries. We are so appreciative!
