Review summary

Our fourth cruise & the most disappointing. Ship was dated & much of crew appeared new or inexperienced. Wait staff was poor. Our steward was pleasant & a hard worker. Nebojsa Pavlovic, from Guest Services, was professional & responsive. He gave the staff some credibility.

Steward did his best although our room was one of last to be cleaned/ready.

I have been on 14 cruises and Carnival Victory was one of the best a few years ago. The layout was confusing, but loved the staff and the service.
