Review Summary

As a first timer, it felt like Carnival does a good job when everything works per schedule but it's disastrous handling of the Key West disembarkation has significantly impacted my desire to sail with them again. There was no apology offered or any free stuff offered to compensate passengers. Since this cruise involved stops at 2 ports, we feel like we lost 50% of our onshore experience.

The only thing I did not like was that they tried to sell you welcome drink as soon as you stepped on the ship

The food options were excellent. Authentic Indian food was available in the buffet and in the dining room everyday.

Ship Tip

Nice free gym with clean showers and sauna on the SPA deck. It's inside the SPA and easily missed.

Carnival failed us badly on this. We were in line for 2 1/2 hours to get off the ship and to take the shuttle to downtown. It was even worse for our friends, who are Permanent US residents. Ultimately we got only 2 hours to spend in Key West before lining up to catch the shuttle back to the ship
