Overall not a bad cruise...solid vacation...you get what you pay for...definitely lives up to the booze cruise label...I'm pretty sure I won't do another Carnival Cruise unless maybe a three day on a newer ship that has better food options...

Dining was the biggest disappointment....my son and I both suffer severe social anxiety issues and had been assured by the Guest Access team well in advance that we would be seated by a wall and at a small or private table...on the first night we were lead to a table dead center in the middle of the room and looked to be at least an 8 top...when I tried to talk to the server she blew me off and told me to go to Guest Services if I didn't like it and walked away from us...very bad service....we ate at the Lido Buffet...then went to Guest Services....they called someone and got our table changed....since my son didn't want to do formal night due to Carnival trying to be super fancy and not allowing jeans, we ate at the Lido Buffet again the second night....on the third night we went to dining....and arrived expecting our promised table and was told it was "open seating"....I explained to the host about our table issue and what we required...he just gave us a condescending look and said to follow a waiter....we did....they again wanted to seat us at a large table in the middle of the room...I told them no way, we were leaving....they then discovered they had a table near a wall for us....however the wait staff was very unfriendly and seemed like they could care less about us...the food was not that impressive anyway....I know others love it...but I was left unimpressed and upset that I had paid gratuities in advance...some server made tips that they didn't earn...but I haven't and won't fight it as I know how hard they do work...

not a whole lot to do that didn't involve gambling or drinking...should have expected it on Carnival....Jorge Solano was the highlight of the cruise for us...he is a very funny comedian....the cruise director and his annoying "whoo hoo" got old fast....I know some like that and that is good for them...but was annoying to me

only rate four out of five due to poor dinner wait staff...our stateroom host was amazing...everyone else from bartenders to staff we met around the ship were excellent

lot of public areas need updating...the secret decks on the front of the ship have unvarnished decks and the rails are splintering from lack of maintenance...ship is due for refurb and she is showing it

Plenty of room for two big guys...storage was good, everything worked fine, stateroom very clean and fresh...bathroom nice and clean and roomy....felt a lot of motion but no noise (other than the usual rude crowd in the hallway screaming at the top of their lungs, but that is how people act now days).
I wouldn't if you don't have to...this was our first and last Carnival cruise....overall it was okay, but wouldn't book another one.....
almost all port adventures cancelled due to weather, ate a good lunch at three amigos and then shopped for a bit...beautiful area...water was lovely even though very rough

don't like the way Carnival does debarkation, makes you worry if you need to get somewhere and was hard to find out in advance the times to plan return transportation....was told that we couldn't catch 11:50 train....got to airport for a shuttle to Kissimmee at 10:05....had to kill 2 and a half hours .... could have made train...
