Cutbacks showing up in cleanliness and service.

Sail Date: September 04, 2016

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Inside

Being polite does not make up for not properly cleaning or listening to the needs of customers. Parts were missing off fixtures. Electronics were extremely dated, and my luggage took forever to arrive. Toilet did't work for the 1st 24 hours. Room had to be freshener due to odor. Just too much. Had several people in and out of the room to check and it still too 2 days out of my 4 day cruise to get things handled.

Cabin / Stateroom
I had 3 rooms and they all had issues.
Embarkation and Disembarkation
Ship Quality
Dusty, dirty, crusty, stinky.
Destinations and Excursions
Onboard Activities
Children's Programs
Entertainment
Service and Staff
Polite at best.
Food and Dining
