Review summary

Food was outstanding. Clean ship. Great staff.

Only one complaint and that was with . We received $50 hotel coupons for our two bookings. we tried to use one on the way down to Florida from Chicago and no one at could figure out how to use the coupon. Spent over 30 min. on phone calls to no avail.

I would like to use my coupon on another trip we are driving to next month. Can you please tell me how to do that?
