Review summary

The pools were filthy! The children's pool was closed the entire cruise, you had to pass through the smoke filled casino to get to the children's club. The children's club wasn't well organized or fun.

Every day we had to call to get an extra set of towels. There were three of us in the room and they left two sets everyday.

The wifi didn't work, yet we were repeatedly charged for attempts to log on

Arcade didn't work most of time and when it did it too overcharged

Bathrooms smelled bad even when "clean"

You can avoid the casino by either going front to back on the lido deck (9th floor) or using the walkways by the cabins on decks 1,2,6,7,8. You basically walk from the foward to aft and take the elevator to the floor you need. If you use the lido deck, walk along the port side to avoid the outside smoking area and walk to the water slide. You can get to the children's pool if it is open.

I was disappointed in the children's pool being closed myself. I asked my steward for extra towels and ice the first day and never asked again the entire stay. Sounds like you didn't have a great steward. Wifi worked fine for us and we had no problems with cleanliness or smell. We were in the front of the ship on 6th deck.
