The first problem we encountered was the boarding, we arrived at terminal at 10:00 AM to wait until 1:00PM to board, without taking the Boarding Portrait Picture.
The second encounter was in the cabin; nothing waiting for us., ex: Water that was purchased months before was not in cabin, had to ask for it: No VIP gift: No complimentary Carnival water: No Captains Party Invitation: No robes in closet. I had to ask for everything.
The third disappointment was the schedule of cleaning the cabin, we had to pick what time we wanted our cabin cleaned because they only did it once a day: morning or evening?? That goes to show that services are being cut, with less workers to do the job.
The 4th disappointment was the shops; wanted to buy liquor, but found that the shop (Dufry's) were sold to another vender and the prices were higher than the Dufry's in ports. So I didn't buy any liquor.
The 5th, the schedule of Dining Room hours, and Shows in theaters clashed, making it impossible to attend the shows because we would get out of dinner too late. So we wound up missing one or the other.
