Dinning room and bar service was great. Had to track down our room steward on day 2. Asked why our room was not serviced the previous night. Her response was that they only service 1 once a day now, unless extra service is requested. She then argued with me that she did not see us the day before, even though paperwork and event items were slid under our door while we were in the room. On older ships like Victory, no refrigerator are available and the room was not furnished with ice until we had to track down the room steward. Overall experience was good.
