Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Inside

Staff very stressed out - very long wait at Platinum Line at Guest Services -  Anna and Aulsa that work at Guest Services very rude and stressed - they need to remain cool in that job - we just needed a question answered

Ship bathrooms - especially in spa filthy - toilets splattered with fecal matter

Jimmy at central bar keep ignoring us after trying to get drinks 3 different times - seems sick of his job

Too many drunks !!! Poor Kyng could not even play above the loud drunks

Comedian - very bizarre performance

Entertainment - shows so remedial

Platinum members should receive some complementary Wi Fi

More dancing opportunity

The guy(oriental with blonde hair) in charge of games hilarious/well done

More to do for Young Adults besides drinking

More seminars and exercise classes like Zumba could have been done on deck

My worse cruise EVER

One big drunk cruise

Cabin / Stateroom
Very loud - other cruisers fighting - temp of room hot - Sat had to keep asking for room to be cleaned- never did
As a Platinum Member I expected an upgrade room - would be a super nice thing to do
Embarkation and Disembarkation
Destinations and Excursions
Onboard Activities
Children's Programs
Service and Staff
Food and Dining

As for booth in dinning room - nice
