Cruising has changed....

Sail Date: March 10, 2016

Reviewed: 8 months ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Suite

From charging for water in the room (really?) to having to pay for room service -- many changes have taken place since my last cruising experience. I was not impressed.

Our waiter and waitress were in obvious distress at having to handle a dinner crowd. We dined 3 nights and all three nights things were forgotten. Luckily, I sat upstairs with a beautiful view of how other people were not undergoing the same wait times for their items.
