Great food & great times!

Sail Date: March 03, 2016

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

It was our first time cruising and it was a great experience. The food was great as well as the stuff. They were all very polite and made sure we knew what was going on. Big Smile We had a lot of fun gambling on the ship and even stayed up to watch Mad Max at midnight.

Cabin / Stateroom
For a first timer, I think that being in the first (going forward) room was not the best idea as the last day we were going sort of fast and you could definitely feel the motions. Wished we would have gone with one of the middle rooms for that reason. Other than that though the balcony view was phenomenal as we could sit outside and watch the sunset/rise.
Embarkation and Disembarkation
For future references don't tell people to come down to the lower levels if the upper levels that had disembarked has not cleared. There were a couple of people with children that got a little upset. Other than waiting for that to clear it was a smooth sailing on the way out.
Ship Quality
The ship was beautiful at night especially when it was lit. There was always someone cleaning so it was well kept
Destinations and Excursions
Our stop to Nassau was kinda short as it was barely 7hrs. Wished it was a little longer so we could have done more stuff.
Onboard Activities
Wished there were more evening activities although the comedy club was hilarious! The formal night event though could have been the day that we were at sea all day. Felt rushed to come back on the cruise after a day at Nassau just to dress up for dinner, when it would have been nice to see everyone dressed up all day.
Children's Programs
We didn't have any children aboard with us but there were some Dr Seuss activities.
Entertainment
Service and Staff
The staff was great! Ronnell was always there when we needed to ask him for simple things!
Food and Dining
The food was amazing and you could never be hungry. Steak dinner every night was awesome!

Tip

Floors 5 and 9 are your two main floors if you want to eat and gamble! Glad we stuck with floor 7 so we were in between!
